RAMA: Opening Noche en Blanco
PIGSY Takes Part in RAMA: A Street and Graphic Art Explosion for Noche en Blanco Málaga 2025
Introducing RAMA: A Celebration of Street and Graphic Art in Málaga
This May, PIGSY joins RAMA—a bold, multidisciplinary street and graphic art exhibition presented by La Casa Amarilla Málaga and Centro Cultural La Malagueta. Launching during Noche en Blanco 2025, this dynamic project will feature over 140 artists, spotlighting the energy, diversity, and creativity that define Málaga’s contemporary art scene.
A Platform for Graffiti, Graphic Art, and Urban Expression
RAMA is not your typical gallery show—it’s a celebration of urban aesthetics, DIY culture, and artistic freedom. The exhibition showcases a vibrant mix of invited graffiti artists, illustrators, graphic designers, and street artists, each offering their own visual voice to the streets of Málaga and where PIGSY will present his piece “Aifeala #001” (I’m Sorry #002).
As part of this explosive roster, PIGSY brings his expressive visual storytelling into dialogue with fellow artists, expanding the reach of contemporary Irish art within a thriving Spanish context.
La Noche en Blanco 2025: Art After Dark
Noche en Blanco (White Night) transforms Málaga into a cultural playground for one night only—Saturday, May 10th, 2025. From sunset to the early hours, the city bursts with free exhibitions, performances, and live installations across its most iconic spaces.
RAMA stands out as a key highlight of the evening, offering visitors an immersive street art experience inside Centro Cultural La Malagueta, one of Málaga’s most respected cultural venues.
Why RAMA Matters
This isn’t just another art show. RAMA is a declaration of Málaga’s evolving creative identity—one that embraces street culture, graphic expression, and cross-cultural voices. It’s a powerful platform for artists to challenge boundaries, experiment with form, and connect with a wide public audience.
Th inclusion of PIGSY among 140 artists underscores the global nature of the event and reinforces the bridge between Irish and Spanish contemporary practices along with providing support for CEIP Prácticas Nº1.
